Remove tiny plastic cap from pen tip and squeeze until you feel a pop, then apply ink evenly while continuing to squeeze. Turn on hair dryer and wait 2 minutes until at the right temperature then apply heat by holding 1/2 inch away from the ink until it has a frosted look and puffs up
